Would a 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 250r be okay for my size?

I am a beginner and would love to learn on this bike.
But i am 18 and weigh 235 pounds and am only 5'5

Would I be okay on this bike?

For a beginner this bike is great ( I own 1 and I'm 5'8" and 172lbs). Not alot of power but don't need that yet. Once you get the controls and such acheived, move up to something bigger. (I'm considering a 2009 CBR600RR as my next bike, still deciding) Just don't get more than you can handle.
 
No don't get it. I have owned a Ninja 250 before and the truth is, they are really just scooters with a motorcycle body on it. They have scooters with more power than the Ninja 250. Instead get the suzuki Katana and it's cheaper than a newer ninja 250 and has more power.
