would 18" rims fit on a 1998 toyota celica SX-R?

just wondering if it would be too big

also if i were to put 18s on it, it would slightly lift the car too wouldnt it?

i'd have to adjust the suspension on the car right?

I've seen a celica with 18's, it doesn't look half bad. It was raised somewhat, but throw a body kit on it and it'll look nice
