OH JEFF THATS AN ERROR

Hi guys. Here's my situation: I'm carrying a Moto Razr which I'm not too crazy about and an ancient Handspring Visor PDA. I hate lugging them both around and want to upgrade to a Treo 600 for this reason. I know there are better PDA phones out there but I just want something decent to hold me over until my T-Mobile contract expires in 4 months and then I plan to splurge on a nicer phone perhaps a Treo 700. Now I've heard all the horror stories about the buzzing noises, keyboard and screen problems, etc. with the Treo 600 but I also have seen people who are happy with the phone. So I'm tempted to take a chance and sell my Razr to buy a used Treo 600 on eBay. Do you know whether Palm has finally worked out the kinks with phone? Would I need the $19.99 Internet package from T-Mobile or can I get by with T-zones for e-mail and basic web browsing? Thanks.
