Worst. Series. EVER.

Oh, you know what it means. What animated series do you consider the worst. This is not a thread made to inspire flames and arguments, just to sorta get an idea of the users here tastes.

For me, it was probably the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series:sweat: .

Wow, TMNT was one of my faverite series ever, the 80's wouldn't be the 80's without it.

For me it's a lot of these series that make no sense and take up air time like half of what cartoon network plays. That pi?ata show that is out now sucks and it up there as one of the worst for me.

This is hard to chose. So much crap.

Since a lot of bad shows at least are amusing in their badness, I think I'd nominate Baby Looney Tunes and Minoriteam as the most overall de-thhh-piccable. Both offensive to the senses and brain in different ways.

I think the worst cartoons were:

Futurama, Family Guy, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Most of the shows on Adult Swim, Inuyasha, and Naruto.

A lot of these show lose their appeal fast, a lot of the humor is unfunny, crude and disgusting, a lot of the time they torture all the good characters, all the main and supporting characters are heartless and cruel, and they do no effort to make the show better.

(although I'll watch Naruto. The eps from the manga NOT the filler eps.)

There are a lot of fans of all of these serries but I agree that Family Guy has plenty of jokes that suck.

Billy and Mandy: It's an okay show and I did like Big Boogey Adventure than that atrocious Wrath of the Spider Queen series finale.

Inuyasha: I was never a big fan of the show either but like Twilight some girls go crazy for a guy who alos has supernatural powers and with this sword-slinging wolf demon, it's no different.

Futurama is funny at times but I don't think that it's a bad show since I haven't seen every episode of it besides the ones on Adult Swim.

Which shows on Adult Swim do you dislike?

I can't decide on worst ever but here are some of the worst IMO:
Family Guy -annoying, unfunny, and overrated
South Park -see above
Butt-Ugly Martians -where do I begin?
Super Duper Sumos -If it lacked all the butt jokes it might not be half bad
and so much more...

Ive noticed my liking of Family Guy dropping as of late. As with a lot of comedy movies/shows, Family Guy is a 1 time watch and can be really funny at times but has the ability to become repetitive. The show has lost a lot of appeal to me since 2005 or so.

Agreed, Ever since it came back, its just lost its charm and is just another show with stupid and dumbed down humor. l'll second Baby Looney Tunes, man that thing gave me cavities.

What? Futurama has a really likable cast. Fry's like a young Homer Simpson from the early episodes on The Simpsons; he's an honest, sweet guy can't help that he does stupid things, but often he really wishes he could. Leela's firm as a captain, but very emotional as a person. Bender can be cruel certainly, but he's a robot and he does care about certain things, albeit ones which seem strange to humans (becoming a Globetrotter, for instance, or stalking Calculon). The Professor and Zoidberg might fall a bit into your statement of good characters who get tortured, but they turn out OK and happy too much of the time for it to be mean-spirited (and with the Professor at least, a lot of the torture he ends up inflicting upon himself). And what are you saying about no effort to make the show better? The writers are constantly working to improve Futurama. The second season featured stronger satires than the wackiness of the first season, the third started developing the characters with some more emotional episodes, and the fourth season introduced more of an epic ongoing storyline which the movies only seem to be expanding upon rapidly.

Nice explanation,I pretty much agree with everything.Haven't watched it in a while since it went off Adult Swim but I'm still waiting to check out the new movie eps.

Loonatics. They just killed Bugs and everyone when they came up with that crapfest. We never even saw Lola in an actual Looney Tunes cartoon. The only time we saw her was in Space Jam.

 - Probably Bobobobobob bobo. Worst thing to come out of Japan in quite some time.

I dislike most of the toons on CN and NT right now with the exceptions of a few. I understand that I am not the target age group for these toons, so I tend to not complain too much.

Sammy: I think that's what the name was. Whatever the show where David Spade dealt with his deadbeat dad. Unfunny and thankfully cancelled before it got too many episodes produced.

God, The Devil, and Bob: See above. These are the reasons NBC shouldn't try to produced animation outside of SNL'S Saturday TV Funhouse segments.

The New Adventures of He-Man: Basically they took the classic series and violated it in horrible, horrible ways in every aspect.

My Little Pony Tales: They took the MLP and added every teenage girl cliche they find. Ugh. What's worse is Disney ran the segments from My Little Pony & Friends alongside the show, so you could tell how much the new version sucked compared to the original.

G.I. Joe Extreme: Why on earth would you make a Joe series that has NOTHING to do with G.I. Joe?

I'd like to nominate Spider-Man Unlimited, can you just imagine the pitch?

Producer: Okay here's my idea, we take Spider-Man and we launch him into space with a bunch of animal people.

TV Exec: I love it!

I would have to disagree with that statement as “Viva Pi?ata” is one of my favorite animated programs, but I realize that little good comes from debating the issues in these threads and I’m not going to try to change your mind. With that said, I don’t really know what I believe the worst animated program is; however, if somebody put a gun to my head and told me to answer the question, I’d have to go with “Get Ed”. I never liked the animation and voice acting, but the thing that got on my nerves was the constant use of clich?s as well as the poor scripts. Some of the jokes, if you can call them that, were dead on arrival and I stand by my initial assessment that a series about “extreme package delivery” just doesn’t work.
