Worst On Screen Duo

Hi, the thread title comes from today's story on RAB:

I agree entirely that Portman and Christensen should take the honours, and no doubt Hanks and Tatou were equally abysmal as far as on-screen chemistry goes, but I think giving third to Pitt and Blanchett for Benjamin Button is rather harsh, I thought they were both rather good, and I was totally touched by their story.

Any other contenders? Personally I'd say any on-screen couple which features Helen Hunt.
 
Christensen and Portman take some beating. It was like watching the school Jock and his beautiful but empty girlfriend take the lead roles at the school play. Awful.
 
Alien and Predator. Should never, ever have happened. Not even in a video game.

As for "real" actors, Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman in Eyes Wide Shut. Sometimes real-life couples work on screen, sometimes they don't. This was definitely a case of the latter.

But yes, Hayden and Natalie in the Star Wars prequels were just awful. The casting director should have been shot for those choices of actors. Mind you, the dreadful, clunky dialgue didn't help.
