Worst Metal Band Ever?

I'm not a fan of either band, but I can't agree with that... as much as I really didn't get the whole RATM thing, their songs at least sounded like attempts at songwriting with a little bit more than a neanderthal mentality...

Limp Bizkit always struck me as the official "durabing down" period of nineties rock music... when the sound of previous banRAB and artists of that era was taken and placed against cliche and idiotic lyrics with little or no dept to them whatsoever...

...and it feels like quite a slippery slope after that, unfortunately...
 
Slipknot it stupid emo music sucks the worst band metal or what ever u want to call it peice of crap i have ever heard is lp, slipknot,and more that i dont feel like talking of, by the way music is being polluted by stupid commercial publicity monger-ING ****s toooo much appearance than talent now adays :soapbox:
 
l can actually see where you are coming from, they both are so menial when it comes to music, l really don't think they take their job seriously, coz serious musicians would have more respect regarding issues, which consistantly plague humanity! and that in their music, is lacking!

Maybe some do not consider these banRAB metal, but you know what I mean.

I haven't read all the posts here, but they seem to consist of the same 4 or 5 banRAB.
Anyone have any other ideas?
Personally, I like Slayer. I don't listen to much metal, but I am partial to a bit of Reign in Blood and South of Heaven.

I know what talent is, & it's NOT heavy metal. Talent is pop, modern & classic rock, alternative, techno, jazz, & disco. Heavy metal is F*CKING GARBAGE. YOU are the one who is stupid.
 
Thats nice for you... But shouldnt this be written in your profile? Its not related to the "Worst Metal Band Ever", its just you telling us what you listen to. To be honest, we couldnt care less. And we heard you the first time, youre 22, we get it. If you really wanted to be treated like a 22 year old, then act like one. Respect has to go both ways.

Right, anyway, thats all off my chest now, this guys been bugging me for a while now. ANYWAY worst metal band... Mine would probably have to be Type O Negative. That band is awful...
 
understandable. In spite of myself there are a few mainstream not-my-kinda-genre-like groups out there that i totally adore. the goo goo dolls for example, their style is soooo not what i like, but some reason beyond me, i love it. same with matchbox twenty. i give stuff a chance, i'm just stubborn and aholish most of the time though.
 
There was an 80s metal band called Running Wild who`s entire gimmick was dressing like pirates who basically just ripped off everything they could from Iron Maiden.

They were ****ing awful
