Worst Film You've Ever Sat through....

The worst film I've seen this year easily was Pirates of the Caribbean 3. I couldn't understand a word they were saying; the sound fx were way too loud and I had no idea what it was about. I also hated War Of The WorlRAB but mainly because of Dakota Fanning's constant screeching.

My daughters' worst film ever was Bicentennial Man. They saw it years ago and STILL say it was the worst movie ever made.

They also walked out of Wild Hogs this year, telling cinema staff they had an urgent call to go home, so they got their money back.
 
I would have walked out of Spiderman 2 but everyone I was with loved it. When it got to the end, I turned to my frienRAB, expecting them to be laughing at how totally corny it was, and they were all talking about how much they loved it! :eek:
Life is stressful enough - I go to the cinema to escape - if I wanted to see stressed out people I'd just head back to the office. Not interested in the tortured superhero thing - no sympathy!

Also, Moulin Rouge - have never been able to sit through it - I just can't see what's so great about it... :yawn:

Haven't met many people who agree with me on either of these though...
 
30 Days of Night. It's the closest I've ever come to walking out of the cinema. Oh and The Final Destination (aka number 4) was just god awful, took my friend for her birthday, still don't think she's forgiven me lol.

When I saw the first one, I actually thought it was some kind of spoof film to beging with, but it wasn't, it was deadly serious.

Maybe I'll have to watch the 2nd one just for a paradoxical laugh!!!:D
 
Oh No. I was looking forward to Splice. :eek::D

It always amuses me on Lovefilm when most films have customer scores of both 5 stars and 1/2 a star - and everything in between!

Most films must have their fans and their haters.
 
A Clockwork Orange is the the most absymal film I've ever seen, and having recently been coerced into sitting through a medley of the 'Scary Movies', that's quite an achievement. I was particularly disappointed 'cos I'd heard such good things about it and I'm normally a sucker for zany/old school British films. I've found that most people who didn't care for ACO (and there don't appear to be many) seemed to find it offensive. I didn't find it offensive, shocking or disturbing in any way; just incredibly, hair-tearingly, eye-wateringly boring. And don't even get me started on the acting. Just carpet-chewingly, mortifyingly bad.
 
Just thought of another: Secret Window. I sat there squirming in embarrassment for all involved.

While I'm thinking about Johnny Depp: apart from Ed Wood, I think I hate every single film Tim Burton's ever made. (Oh, actually, Nightmare Before Christmas is ok.)

And while some people's choices are making me cry (Magnolia?? 40 Year Old Virgin?? Titanic?!?), it seems we can all agree that Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy was baaaad... :D

Which reminRAB me that The League of Gentlemen's Apocalypse stunk to high heaven... I counted two jokes, both of which were very poor.
 
The Godfather. Sorry, but making a flawless movie in the 'classic' sense of the word isn't entertaining. It's boring. Fine acting, but boring movie. Didn't like it.
 
Lord of the Rings - The first one - Long and boring.

Star Wars I and II - Both are just sh*t.

Remake of Planet of the Apes - What was the point?

A.I. - The absolute worst movie I have ever seen. How something so awful could be made by Spielberg is beyond me. Just awful.
 
How can you say Titanic is the worst film you have ever sat through?? I mean come on, you can't watch many films if that is the worst movie you have ever seen. I watched it again a few days ago and I thought it was excellent. No offence :)
