Worst Film You've Ever Sat through....

Come on - surely some of these films can't be the worst you've ever sat through, unless you've hardly seen any films at all. My Super Ex-Girlfriend? Below par, yes, but not an absolute travesty. And The Hurt Locker? Seriously, you haven't sat through a worse film??

This seems to be more a "films you didn't really care for" thread. Although I have to agree about The Last Airbender. It genuinely is one of the worst films I've ever sat through.

I agree, Revolver was terrible but what made it worse was that the characters and script were so awful that you just did'nt care whether you 'got it' or not.

I watched it on Sky where sometimes I do rewind if I'm not clear on something but with this one I just could'nt be bothered and wasn't going to waste anymore of my precious life trying to find out

I LOVED Lost in Translation.

The worst:

1-The passion of the Christ, torture porn and fundamentalist c***.

2- Hostel, totally silly, only a 12 year old may find that movie "shocking". It was just pure moronic stupidity.

3-The Island, I love Ewan, but by God, that movie is just a massive plot hole and the worst acting I've seen in ages. And I never saw a screen couple with less Chemistry than Scarlet and Ewan.

I saw a bit of this and was so bored I turned it off quite soon into the film.

I really enjoyed the first one for what it was - a harmless action flick with simple humour and hot young actors...how did they mess up on the second one so badly? It's really shocking they failed as much as they did with TF2.

Pirates of the Caribbean 3. The plot's a complete mess, and the film's so overlong I even got fed up of watching Johnny Depp. Woe!

Hated Lost in Translation, but wouldn't describe it as a bad film.

A.I. was awful.

And lastly, I'd agree with those above who said Shrek 3.

I've never walked out on a film but George A Romero's Diary of the Dead nearly made me.
I sat and watched I horror how a film was so badly acted and made and as massive George fan my heart totally sank.

I tried to presuade the OH to leave with me but she wasn't for it "paying good money for it" was her excuse, I relented and began to view the film as a comedy.

I actually own the film in the box of the dead collection and to this day I refuse to watch it.

I think Mamma Mia is aimed at the kind of women who enjoy things like Loose Women and are very in your face about how "fun" and "crazy" they are.

I saw it, and it didn't really offend me on any particular level but I really couldn't see what all the fuss was about either. It certainly wasn't worthy of the mass hysteria surrounding it when it was released, imho.

The Aliens win! They rape & pillage the Earth leaving no survivors. Apart from Will Smith (of course.) Who becomes the last human-being left alive on the entire Planet. He single handedly kicks the snot out of the Alien Scum, when suddenly these like Vampires or something, start doing some crazy shit & stuff, generally making his life a bit of a misery really. Thankfully he has a Pet Chiwawa to fend off the horde of Undead! But it dies. And so does he. Oh well, C'est la vie!

Actually, that sounRAB like a pretty good premise for a whole new Movie to me...
