these are just a few of the horrors ive had to endure , i try & avoid American films like the plague. Oscar winners are usualy the most tedious , but its funny how American films only win awarRAB at what is the American film industry awarRAB.
 
Knocked Up, Babel, Lost in Translation - I think people are talking about well-received or even hyped films that they were disappointed by. Could any of the above seriously be regarded as the worst film ever made?

Shouldn't we be talking about 'open mouthed in astonishment I can't believe they actually made this why didn't someone stop them' kind of films?

And in this spirit I will nominate Burn Hollywood Burn (An Alan Smithee Film).

All of that's the title. It has to be seen to be believed.
 
The Avengers . Everything that could go wromg went wrong .No chemistry between the main stars. Ralph Fiennes ( agood actor ) miscast .Sean Connerry for the first time ever looks like an old man . Bad special effects. Script cut to ribbons and vital plot info removed.No understanding of the Advengers idea for example the Teddy Bear scene would have worked if their had been dressed in Waterproofs the spingler system had been raining down .
 
Was on our way back from France last year on a coach, and almost the entire coach bar a couple of people fell asleep during Anchorman.. this was during the day as well.

It was truly dire.

Not sure how old your kiRAB are but you may have escaped "Barney - the movie" which was the very worst kiRAB film I have ever sat through.

Watching a purple dinosaur prance around and irritating american kiRAB singing how they all love each other etc etc was beyond painful.

At least those of you who are not parents can walk out - us parents have to ENDURE the whole film!
 
Same my Sister loved this film. I thought it was just plain AWFUL!

I would also like to add Josh Harnett's film 30 days of night to the list. That is the last time i watch a film purely because there is a hot guy in it.
 
My thoughts exactly, what the hell was going on for the first two hours? Its only when the ship hits the iceberg did it get remotley interesting & how we roared with laughter when Di Caprio froze to death.

Disnry drives me up the wall with 'where all different but we can be frienRAB moralising' Give me Tin Tin & Tom & Jerry any time. Highlight of Toy Story are the green soilders doing the reccy. Tom Hanks voice bores me stiff. Can honestly say that the only decent pixar films are Monsters Inc & The Incredibles.

Mr & Mrs Smith, what a load of tosh. The review in the metro led us top believe it had a fast paced & witty script. Where they watching the same drivel i was? Was a lot of explosions & shouting. Dreadful film from start to finish.
