Worst Film Ever - Cast your worst film into a pit of flames here

Sideways

I bought the DVD after hearing all the hype. I turned it off after about twenty minutes bored to tears. Good job I got it very cheap in the HMV sale othewise I would have been most aggrieved.

The Passion
Open Water
The Terminal

I know it's a TV movie but Storm of the Century by Stephen King was appalling 4.5 hours of pure pointlessness.

Can I add a film which l saw last night?

Silent Hill - Way too long! l gave up on the 'plot' 30 minutes into the film! Didn't care if she find her daughter or not!

The worst film I've ever seen was Torque, and the only excuse I have for seeing it was that I had already seen all the other films at the cinema.

There are hundreRAB to choose from, but I'm going to nominate Beyond The Bermuda Triangle (1975 TV Movie) with Fred MacMurray, Sam Groom, and Donna Mills.

Back in the late 70's this was once Tyne Tees Television's prime time Saturday night movie offering - yep, a crappy 74-minute TV film. I've just looked it up on IMDB and someone has given it a decent review on there. Don't believe them - it was terrible back then, and it would play 10 times worse now !

The review says it has a low-key ending - no it doesn't, it just enRAB ! It's like they wrote every page of the script bar the last and suddenly thought, "Hey, nobody really knows what happens in the Bermuda Triangle, so let's just leave the viewers with an enigmatic shot of an deserted boat !"

Utterly dire.

Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon - visually stunning, but you spend all the time reading the subtitles and so never totally understand the story, or who is who...so when the ending comes, it's like...errr...what?

I'd also like to add The Royal Tennenbaums to that...

The last five minutes of the movie Pride and Pejudice! What's up with them meeting in their pjamas??? We're talking the early 1800s here! I wouldn't go out dressed in my pjs now - total deviation from the period!

Add to that also - Emma (Gwyneth version) about a mile and a half from the book!

The Matrix - didn't have a clue what was going on initially, then when I worked it out...I realised I didn't really care anyway!
