Worst Film Ever - Cast your worst film into a pit of flames here

Agreed!

I'd also like to add a few movies I dislike (besides those two you mentioned):

Alien Vs Predator.
House Of The Dead.
House Of 1000 Corpses.
The Devils Rejects.
Wolf Creek.
Cry Wolf.
Hercules In New York.
Star Wars: The Phantom Menace.
666: The Demon Child.
Solaris.
Oceans 12.
Suspiria.
Demon Summer.
The Last Broadcast.
Catwoman.
Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.
Rush Hour.
The Howling 3.
Salem's Lot (the remake starring Rob Lowe and Rutger Hauer)

Too name but a few.

The Waterboy - Adam Sandler, put me off him for life... what a wasted couple hours
and
Pusing Tin - John Cusack (and i adore John Cusack... sorry John, absolute rubbish).

I have to disagree strongly. I think with you it's a case of reading the book and expecting the film to be the same.
I'm usually disappointed when that happens. But I just look at the film completely seperately.

Jack Nicholson is brilliant and totally convincing and Shelley Duvall is also convincing. Stanley Kubrick pushed her to the brink to get those performances out of her, making her do scenes over and over again to get the desired effect. The hotel was completely terrifying and and the music also matched this.

This is one of my favourite films. I don't see how you could say this was the worst film ever. SounRAB more like your biggest disappointment for a film ever.

PS I also love the book alongside all of Stephen Kings books.

i suppose you had to be in that minRABet for broken flowers. great film! however had old ladies in it with a free pass moaning that it was too slow and not like his other comedies. probably had not seen lost in translation!!!

I have a real problem with Random Hearts. Not only is it the dullest film I've ever seen, it was marketed as a "thriller" which you will know is utterly laughable if you've had the misfortune to see this drivel.

Of course there are many films (some of which have been mentioned here) which are inferior to this on a number of levels but I found this one to be the most hard work to watch.

Perhaps I expected too much from it after reading all the reviews saying how wonderful it was. The whole point of the film was lost on me (no pun intended). It did not touch me at all. I was left with the notion that they both deserved their miserable lives. Apparently the film is better the second time you see it. I have no intention of ever watching it again.

Films that should burn in Hell...

Batman and Robin
Mission: Impossible 2
Van Helsing
The Mummy Returns
Speed 2
The 51st State - actually walked out on that one
Austin Powers: Goldmember
Catwoman
Godzilla - colossal waste of money and cack to boot!
