'Bowfinger' isn't garbage, either. Such a shame though. It seemed to represent a real return to form for both Martin and Murphy. I wish it truly had been.

An average of 7.5/10 on IMDB and just about every mainstream critic suggests overwise.Everybody I watched it with laughed throughout.

Don't get me wrong;it's not "intelligent comedy",perhaps too soppy and the score is awful,but it's very funny IMO.

I know at the end of the day it's all about personal choice.But Planes,Trains & Automobiles is one of the comedy classics to come out of the 80's.
