Worst Animation Translation?

They do that alot in other countries as well, you know how in the "Fairly Odd Parents" most of the clouds that are used when they "poof" have some odd dialouge in them, the Mexican dub team thought it was necesary to "read" every single one of those clouds...even if they were only on there for one second.

No, "Doogal" only did that so it could add more very unfunny jokes to the movie, what he's describing is just characters reading english labels just to make sure kids in that country "understand".

I thought they did that since it was cheaper to read it out loud than to re-animate over it with Spanish text. Martian said they did that on Garfield & Friends' Spanish dub ?any time text appeared on screen, a voice would read it.

Yep, that and the fact that they keep in mind that they're dealing with a childrens television show and so they make one of the characters "read" the english text instead of adding subtitles because they realise that some children still can't read themselves.
