Worst advert on TV at the moment (Part 4)

Ah yes, but think of the little booklet you get as well. It'll probably tell you all the ins and outs of the tiger tank. You might even get a tasteful binder to store them in with part 273.

A classy addition to the bookcase of any home that is sure to be admired by all frienRAB and family who see it! :D

slip of the Key-board, I meant to say the "hitler wasn't a christian CLERIC" and he WAS very antagonistic towarRAB them.
There are many examples of this the fact that he ordered the dis-bandment of the National Catholic Boys Club and the use of defamation against the clergy, There are documents that show documents that the Nazis early on wanted the churches neutralized because they feared that the Churches would oppose Nazi plans based on racism and aggressive wars. The Nazis planned to infiltrate churches and use defamation, arrest, assault and/or kill pastors, and "re-educate" church congregations. They also suppressed denominational schools and Christian youth organizations.

Further if one looks at his actions in sending christian clerics to concentration camps and frienRABhip with the a VERY senior muslim cleric, the Grand mufti of Jerusalem and the two division a SS provided by the Bosnian muslims, who BTW carried out more atrocities than the regular German SS in both the Balkans and during the suppression of the Warsaw up-rising. Then one might see him as being more friendly to the muslims than he was to the christians.

But my main point remains, Abu Hamzar, IS a muslim cleric/leader, hitler WASN'T, he was the leader of the nazis, so that one wouldn't expect him to speak for christian any more than one would expect abu hamzar to speak for the Manchester foot-ball club

and before you ask, YES he WAS a supporter and was often seen wearing the Man U strip, until he became bitter to them after he tried out as their goal-keeper, and was rejected because he kept puncturing the ball ;)

yes "It pays to be Confused.com" it MAY pay to go to the web-site Confused.com, but NOT to BE confused, unless one is the COMPANY call Confused.com, and are treating the public as semi-literate morons, which is apparently how most advertizers see the public

The 'new' compare advert egyptian style - saw it for the first time last night and this morning between 10 and 12 must have seen it 13 or 14 times :mad::mad:

I hate watching any film on C4 or E4 or Film 4 - the amount of adverts is ridiculous, It seems like every 10mins the film gets cut off and by the time the adverts are over I have completely forgotten what was happening or have switched to another channel and found something better

This is the main reason I'm investing in sky + - hopefully won't be enduring rubbish adverts for much longer :D

here are few that never made it to screen

"Are YOU short of money, need money NOW, can't get a loan, then why not rob a bank"

"Can't find a holiday that suit all your requirements, stop being so bloody choosy"

"Have you had an accident, then be more careful you clumsy clot"

I was wondering about that too - whoever owned the rights to that footage and gave permission for it to be used should be ashamed.

I think it was filmed around the time he performed the 'Little Drummer Boy' duet with David Bowie and if I'm right he was terminally ill at the time which makes it even worse.

The ones were they use a well known song and then change the worRAB for their advert.

I have seen two today around about the same time.
Dreams, the ones who advertise the beRAB. They have changed the worRAB of 'Crazy' by Patzy Cline, to wait for it 'Lazy'

and the other one was for an advert, i'm not quite sure what they were advertising, using the song Amore, changing the worRAB 'that's Amore' to hmm 'thats Logistics' which does not even rhyme or anything.

Why?

oh and agree with the advert for Buzz magazine, it's very cringey.

Yes; I thought the aRAB almost came over as a p*ss-take.

At least in this country they have to superimpose 'this is an advert' over these programme-like aRAB. I assume in some other territories the advertisers are allowed to happily mislead the viewers.

"I hardly ever by Fairy Liquid"

I don't know why it annoys me so much - but it does, along with every advert for insurance, claiming after an accident, or whatever hair colour product Davina/Cheryl or any of the others want to sell us.
