yep, a trip to the doc at the very least,is important in trying to find out the root of the problem. given your symptoms,this could be stemming from many different causes. some not to overly major,or others that could be a little more impactful,but you wont know anything til you at least seek out your doc for a full eval and workup. i personally am wondering if you don't have some level of spinal issue going on in your c spine. it would explain alot given your symptoms. when you say loss of feeling in that arm,is it total or just parts or in certain fingers? just what does your neck pain feel like?
even just getting the initial c spine x ray which can be done right at most docs offices would show whether or not your c spine has any noticable disc issues. but getting an MRI done on your c spine would really show much better what is actually going on in the inner areas where an x ray cannot get to(an x ray is simply a starting point). this is just one real possibility for your symptoms. but you do really need to also have a strip run to check your cardiac functions too,just to be safe.
the thing about having problems within your c spine is certain types of problems can give you anything from head pain to some really insane feelings or sensations in the upper part of your body. my c spine is a mess right now and i have had the same exact symptoms as you are having,some occured before my surgerys and are gone now,but i still have some really strange and painful times from the parts that are still deteriorating on me. and i DO have horrid base of my skull headaches too.
just make an appt with your doc for that eval and work up. sending you for that MRI right away would either rule certain things in or out then you can either move onto other possibilities or deal with what may be going on in that c spine. but you do need to start somewhere and thats with your doc. hopefully this isn't something major. please keep us posted on what you find out,K? good luck, FB
