Hi everyone,
How old was your daughter/son before they began to walk?
My son is now 16 months and is not walking on his own. I bought him push toys and everything I could think of and he will walk holding on to them, but then gets bored and begins to crawl. My husband and I will try to encourage him to walk from one to another and he won't. He gets around by holding onto furniture or crawling around, but he insists on holding to someone if there is nothing around he can hold to.
I know some kids will not walk until they are 18 months, but I am starting to panic. There is nothing wrong with him physically he just is not confident enough to do it on his own. He weighs 30lbs so he is starting to get a little too heavy to carry around everywhere.
Any comments/suggestions would be helpful
