World Wrestling Entertainment Discussion X (Spoilers)

I think the Brock/Taker staredown was legit and not part of some bigger WWE related angle. Taker actually looked pretty intimidated to me despite his posturing.

Besides, how could they book a taker vs Lesnar WM match? If Brock wins, some UFC outsider has beaten one of their top stars and ended the streak only to then jump back to UFC and help take PPV revenue off them, and if Taker wins... Well Dana White would never sanction that as it would make a "real" fighter like Lesnar look like a joke in the real world.

In box office terms it might be win/win, but in every other sense it'd be lose/lose.

Wow, a US v IC title holder match at Bragging Rights, didn't see that one coming. ;)

Liked Daniel Bryan's homage to Lance Storm though, got a nice pop from some of the more knowledgable fans.

Not really, you can expect the Survivor Series match to involve Nexus and to be built around current storylines rather than thrown together.

However lets place the bets, Nexus to win at Survivor Series, they celebrate and Undertaker appears/senRAB a message (like they have done to Orton before and other times)

Word is Vince asked Taker who wanted to face at WM. Taker said Brock. Taker was meant to talk to Brock about it after Brock won but he lost so it didnt seem he wanted to talk about it there and then. Taker and Brock are frienRAB in real life and have no heat with each other.

A good run? He just got beaten to a pulp by a Mexican! Then when he fought Randy, who is much much older and had a broken arm for the best part of the fight, he struggled. He is a wrestler, pure and simple. It's what he does best.

With the right offer, Vince could persuade him to come back I'm sure.

Wrestlemania 27 card: Brock vs. Taker for WHC, Barrett vs. Cena vs. Orton (WWE Title) and HHH & Nexus vs Sheamus would be class.

I doubt a multi-million dollar WM headlining deal was potentially going to be agreed with "You wanna do it?" infront of millions of people. I think people are reading WAY too much into this. It's pretty well known that taker was pissed at Brock for leaving like he did after the WWE machine got behind him so much AND taker put him over so early in his career. Something he's not done for many people so quickly. There IS genuine heat there.

I'd put my house on Brock never wrestling again.

Exactly, they need to do more to keep the ratings steady during the show. If they keep putting the same people in the main events they will kill the younger up and coming wrestlers.
