I need a help from a person who has called the Blizzard techs. When you call them what do you say to them? Do you give them your name first or do they ask questions first or what? I'm calling them tomarrow to get help with my account and I don't want to sound stupid.
I have to call Blizzard because, I went to log-in to my account management and it said "log in with your associated battle.net account" something like that, but I didn't have one so I went to battle.net made an account and was going to merge it with my wow account however when I was doing so it said my wow account has already been merged but I never done it before so now I can't log into my account:'(.
