Okay, so I workout everyday. I just started this plan today. I target my upper body every other day and my lower body every other day.. I swim on the weekends about 10 laps. For the upper and lower body training, I use light weights because Im a beginner and I do about 8 reps in 3 sets. I do about 4 different exercises for each muscle. I do cardio for about 20 minutes each day (HIIT)..
I'm 16, I weigh 122 pounds (61 kilos) and I am 5 ft 7.
My questions:
1) How long will it take me to start seeing results (any results just noticing the difference) and how long will it take me to start seeing average to good results?
Considering that I'm eating rather healthy food with about 60 g of protein per day. (Should I consider supplements bars or shakes?)
