I have cheerleading tryouts the second week of April, and I think I need to lose some weight and tone up/get more in shape before they begin.
Any workout plans, weight loss tips, other tips, etc?
As of right now I am about 5' 8" and 118 lbs, and I workout (cardio) about 4-5 times per week (I need to do some strength training... tips?).
