I'm going to start exercising & eating right. But I'm having trouble with a workout routine. Not necessarily the things I need to do, but the timing. I have a treadclimber & do that for 30-45ish minutes. I also just got Zumba (a latin dancing exercise video). I heard you're supposed to workout in the morning, but sometimes I don't have time in the morning to do both my treadclimber & zumba. Plus, I'm trying to tone my body. I'm really overweight & want to get healthy & have a good body.
Should I do My treadclimber in the morning, zumba in the afternoon & then tone right after zumba?
Or should I try to do all my exercising in the morning?
Also, does it matter if you do toning/stretching after or before cardio? Usually after I do my cardio I'm too tired to do anything else like sit ups & stuff like that, but I heard doing cardio FIRST helps burn more fat?
Also, Does it hurt anything if I do more of a certain exercise? For example, I'm really working on my arms. Sometimes they say something like "do 2 sets of 12"....would it matter if I do sets of 15 or something like that?
