Workout before a game?

Today i did a heavy shoulder, Bicep, traps, and chest workout and my coach just called and said we have a game tomorrow night(basketball). i am a starter pg and im wondering What can i do today and tmrw to make sure my muscles are ready to go and ill be able to play without tightness?
