What are some workouts I can do around the house or around town that can build my stamina and help me loose weight? My main concern really is building stamina. As of now I'm 74 inches tall and weight 210. I meet all the requirements but I'm still wanting to loose a lot of weight before I go just so things will be a lil easier. Well...I shouldn't say a lil easier because Marine Corps boot camp isn't one bit easy haha
