Working for Cricket.

Hi. I attempted to use the search function, but it repeatedly returned a fatal error. I also looked back in the forum, but there are only 5 pages and I didn't see a post regarding this.

At any rate, I may work for Cricket. They are expanding into a new are and I have an interview for a position. I was curious if anyone who works for Cricket could give me an idea about Crickets pay structure for sales reps and store managers and how much is normal pay.

How do you like owning a Cricket franchise. Is it profitable enough to be your only job? I've wanted to own my own cellular store for some time and have a lot of success as a retail store manager in the industry. I was always concerned about competition from corporate stores.
 
im a multi carrier location. i love owning a store except paying taxes.

there is some competition from corporate stores- but local stores are able to get a better rep and are more personable with people. i dont pay my people commissions like corporate stores do, so they spend more time educating customers and actually getting them in phones they will like and not have a million questions about.

flashing is a big thing out here rtight now, and with not many people doing it out here, there is a huge market.
 
What kind of pay do they offer? I know my VZW was opening stores in Florida that were no commission and finding they didn't lose sales, but increased their survey scores.

Is it competitive? What can a rep or store manager expect to make?
