Hello,
I wanted to know if there is anyone that can shed some light on working for Cricket comm. I have received an offer as an Indirect account mgr in the st. louis launch market and would like to know as much as anyone can tell me about the company, culture, future, and pros and cons. I really do appreciate anything anyone can tell me. Thanks.

So do you work for cricket and if so what do you do? Do you see a bright future for the company and/or a buy out w/ metro. Anything you can tell me would be outstanding. Thank you for your time

Anything else about the organization that i should know about. What do you do for cricket?? I know ARPU is very important but what about the company culture, nurabers etc...

then they need to stop designing promotions to flip customers. it ****s them in the long run as you can see from the most recent quarterly results.

this is probably one of the only things i'd say boost is doing right. they get the exact same promo as new customers. they pay the same price for the phones and still get a month of service credited.

really, i get that cricket has some agressive promo's to attract new customers, and maybe it's not feasable to encourage customers to upgrade with reduced pricing on hanRABets, but at least throw on a service credit if they purchase a brand new phone. what happens s you get people coming in, that maybe have done a couple nuraber changes and/or rate changes and it is significantly more to pay their bill than it is to purchase a new phone and get a free month of service.

i wanted to get into cricket too... filled out a few applications online but i dunno what happened... i also got an informal referral from a representative here in houston.. any steps yall might recommend? i really want to get in

It's a great company, but as with all wireless companies the only thing that will never change is that everything is always changing. If you can deal with that and and occasional buy-out/merger you will do fine. Nothing lasts forever so just ride the wave out as long as you can and then wait for the next "perfect" wave to come along.

P.S. There is no such thing as the perfect wave. That is why we are always looking for it.

YES!! i filled out a resume online! and put down a few applications, im in the houston area and the one who reffered me was a guy at the cricket store on hwy 59! he well he didnt really formally reffer me he only told me that i should apply online and it would be great to work with me since i could most probably help out with customer's phones that had been flashed and what not.... I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO GET IN!!!! any position would be great! :buddies:
