Working at Apple Retail Australia?

I am interested in getting a job with Apple sometime in the future and I was hoping someone would be able to answer a couple of questions:

How old do you have to be to get a job there?

I don't have any previous job experience so I was wondering what would be the best thing for me to do before applying? (Other shops to give me experience, TAFE course ect.)

How much do you get paid?
