Work sucks!

I work at Price Chopper in Guelph ON, and it sucks, they won't let me move over to produce, I didn't get promoted to Dairy Manager even though I was next in line, and even though I hurt my back last year they won't even give me lighter duties.

I want to quit but no one is hiring and I told my mom that I wanted to find a job outside of Guelph. I don't know how many times I told her.

But anyways the franchisee and grocery manager are idiots and I don't even get along with them that well. And they probably don't even notice the candy rack in the back room being raided right after they leave (I admit I stole a few things from there) but I am tired of them always holding me back!

I have my A+ Certification (Computer technician certification) and I should find a job in Mississauga and move there.
 
By the sounds of it, you are wasting your time staying where you are, with a job that doesn't appreciate you, and you do not like. Go to the place that will give you the most potential. (the town you typed in your thread) You have no reason to stay at the job you have right now, and if you wait for a promotion, that will only give you another excuse to waste you time there.

But the problem is that Guelph sucks there aren't really many computer tech jobs because people in Guelph are so full of shit that they don't want a Best Buy or Future Shop or anything as they think it will ruin the ma and pop shops.

Those people are just full of bias, Guelph has jack shit because people are idiots who always complain about everything the mayor and city council does whether it is about opening a new store.

Jon my manager since he always talks down to me, he is lucky I am there cause one day I will just walk out and not come back to that crap hole.

And he better be careful who he talks down to (Just because he doesn't like anyone) I guarantee you that if he talks down to the wrong person whether it be in Guelph or Toronto he could end up with a bullet in the back of his head. Let's just say he has an additude problem...
 
Screw both areas, go somewhere to start your the beginning of the rest of your life. Evidently the place you are staying out isn't helping you move on to the career you want in life. Look up cities that have a high demand for your particular career of interest. If you don't know, you probably never will. :happysad:
