Hi, in work yesterday I had a bit of a fight with my boss (the owner of a family company) he is quite a nasty person at the best of times and normally I dont let his aggressive attitude bother me, but yesterday he had a go at me as I told a caller he wasnt in, when he was (i looked but couldnt find him) after he was horrible to me, I told him I was sick of it and wasnt taking it anymore, we had a few words, then I said well i'll leave and went to go, my manager kept her head down as though nothing was happening, so I left, then had to go back as I forgot something, when i walked in my manager kept her head down, not making eye contact didnt even acknowledge me, when i questioned this she shot out of her chair and started shouting at me saying things like "everything isnt about you, you decided to leave, im not going to beg you to stay, oh and now its my fault and your turning on me now, what do you want me to say?" but from where I was standing she was the one turning on me, so I ran out crying, no contact was made all day yesterday, Im not sure what will happen, will I just turn up Monday and take it from there, what would you do? What can happen from here, can I get sacked, etc - I have worked there 2.5 years! Thanks
