Work out routine without a gym?

Hey everyone!

As we all know, spring is on the way and its time to get in shape. However, i've never really had a workout routine before, i tried joining a gym but that didnt work out either.

What im asking for is a workout routine i can use every single day. For example, jogging, weights and stuff like that. I have two 5lbs dumbbells and i live right beside a big creek for jogging/walking/ biking.

I want to improve my overall health and body, not just my biceps or abdomen. A daily morning routine would be best. If you could break down a routine with types of warmups, stretches, exercises, and cooldowns that would be amazing!
