I work out 1-2 hours 5-6 days a week. I do a combination of cardio, weights and pilates. I also eat well: vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, granola, minimal diary and meat once or twice a week. I think this is a healthy lifestyle but I don’t see my body changing. Im not gaining any weight but im also not losing it or slimming at all. What should I do different?
