Everyday I generally eat the same thing.
Breakfast: 3 egg whites and 1 yolk or 4 Hardboiled egg's and fruit either an banana or apple.
Mid meal: Syntha 6 shake-only about 220 cals.
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Breast, Salad with cucumber, carrots, broccoli and fat free Italian dressing.
Dinner: Same as lunch except i might add some low fat cottage cheese usually about a cup if i am really hungry.
Also I am taking the GNC Mega Men multivitamin
Please let me know if that is a good diet. I am losing weight but not as much fat as i would like to be. Also I stick to a pretty good workout/cardio routine too. but also ideas on that would be good too..
