Women or films that portray female leadership in traditional "male" roles?

My supervisor stated that I needed more confidence. I am looking to see great female leaders, preferable in the business field.

I am looking to study how my gender affects how I come across in the workplace. One film that comes to mind is "The Taming of the Shrew" by Shakespeare Re-told (see youtube). It's a comedy on radical female leadership. I also watched clips of Monica Lewinsky since Bill said that she had "presence".

Any other ideas? Any in finance?
I love Mulan!!! I think I will rewatch it. I did want it more in a business environment... or at least in a romantic relationship way, Mulan is very difficult to relate to because... well, I'm not trying to become a man. haha. I am trying to lead men. :) There's a difference. I guess any female of power would do... hm... is Oprah any good???

I will watch the Iron Lady. Thanks! :)
True Grit is another one. Any books or plays?
