Women and doctors only, please!?

About 3 days before my menstrual cycle begins i get extremely tired and the whole time during I am extremely tired. I really think I could sleep the whole 8 days! (the 3 days before and 5 days during)
My questions are: 1. Is this normal? If not, what could possibly be wrong? 2. Are there supplements or vitamins I can take around this time to avoid the fatigue?
