Okay. Now some of you may have heard this story. It was in the newspaper about 8 years ago.
An old woman goes to a hardware store. She finds some things and takes it to the cash register. There are a couple of people in front of her and a couple of people behind her. The woman takes out a gun and shoots the man in front of her. Later, when she is on trial, the jury finds her guilty. When asked for her years sentenced in jail, the judge says she cannot be put in jail. Why not? **Hint. The answer doesn't have to do with what she was going to buy, or what job profession she has. And she was found GUILTY, so it wasn't that the witnesses didn't speak up. Thanks
