Never heard any of their songs, although I've heard that they're supposed to sound like Maiden. Where can I hear their music?

I saw Wolfmother live a few months ago... their live shows are very energetic and that lead singer is out of this world. I don't know if they've got staying power because they're not doing anything original but I'm glad that they brought Woman into our lives. :

Never got the hype about this band at all, first listen of MinRAB Eye I immediately hated it. Honestly there is not one thig special about their music, or atleast from what I've heard.

The lyrics are fairly poor too.

Mediocre at best. I wouldn't mind them being rip-oRAB if they could steal some decent riRAB.

Have you heard much of the older stuff? If you are baseing that on "beRAB are burning" , "Power and the passion" etc sorry but you opinion is unfounded, its a bit like writting off metallica because you don't like sandman or writting off pink floyd because you don't like "Another brick".

The Oils started basically as a surf punk band in the same vein as Radio Birdman or the Celibrate Rifles. Except they had a lot more depth than any other band in the scene.



pft no need to be a smart arse dude, I mean no offense to you, all I am saying is that you can't call Nick Cave the best Aussie rock band ever, it just doesn't make sence.
