1. Chip N Dale Rescue Rangers had a wolf who wasn't antagonistic. The episode (which the title escapes me for the moment) has Professor Nimnul using a device which transfers his body structure with another animal (For instance, The Alligator becomes a human, while Nimnul becomes an alligator).
He plants the other device on a wolf at the zoo, allowing him to turn into a wolf, while the actual wolf Harry enjoys some nights on the town in his human form.
2. The Jungle Book is a pretty good example as the main character Mowgli is raise by a family of wolves.
3. Both Bonkers and House of Mouse reveal that The Big Bad Wolf isn't such a bad guy and that his tendencies to blow are an allergic reaction to pigs.
