WM5 O2 MMS settings any help?

hi i have a tmobile mda vario unlocked on wm5 with o2 payg sim. After much trouble have finally got the WAP internet working but I cant send or receive MMS messages. Any help with the settings or any ideas please. Have tried searching everywhere
 
After having endless trouble trying to do this on O2 with Symbian I finally gave up and got a phone with WM and it's fantastic (not sure if mine is 5 or 6 or even if there is a 6). Have you tried the page at this link. On the page there are other links to try but I'm pretty sure it's where I started.
Good luck, I'm no expert by the way but I've been there and done that with mobile surfing!!!!!
