Wll i stil see results quick and good if I do biceps, triceps, shoulders and chest...

...all in one day at the gym? So I am 15 years old man, 5'7 and weigh about 168 pounds, I am a little thick and I do not want to get skinnier but I do want to get buff and get big arms.

I go to the gm and is it okay if in 2 hours I do, biceps, chest, triceps, chest, biceps etc... in different orders? lol just wondering.

Btw is this a good plan:

Monday, chest, shoulders, biceps , triceps
Tuesday, Treadmill, bike
Wednesday, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps
ETC...

Will this routine hurt my body?
