I'm going to be looking at a '51 Willys M38 tomorrow. I haven't seen any pictures of it. However, the owner did provide me with the following info.
"i do have a 1951 m-38 willys that is not as original but hase a perfect moder ,frame, fenders combate wheel windshield fram. but the body needs floors, but tub is in great shape.
the crank, cam ,valves head are perfect. it will run but got all apart was rebuilding it."
He's asking $2,200. What do you think I should offer with this info alone?
