Why would anyone endorse less funding for things that in the past made us strong as a nation? Wouldn't such an ideal be backward, primitive and immediately suspect as a recipe for absolute failure as proven by every third world nation that ever existed on earth? Obviously health care cannot be maintained at the present rate.
