...without paying the ETF? I know that previously if Sprint changed their plans or rates and it affected customers it would be a "material" change and we could claim that and get out of the contract for free without having to pay the early termination fee.
I'd like to know if this is still in effect? Starting Jan 30, 2011 Sprint is charging an additional $10 a month to all those that get a new contract or upgrade with a smartphone for data charges. I have a blackberry. Can I cancel my contract without having to pay the early termination fee because of this new $10 a month charge? After all, i never signed a contract agreeing to paying this $10 fee when I want to upgrade.
