I've had my phone now for about.. 1 month and 1 week, and (not sure how) cracked the front screen of it (LG Lotus). I would send it in for repairs instead but it costs $50 more than just replacing it, but my question is, Would I be sent a new phone? or a refurbished phone? I don't want to get something that is no where near as nice as my current phone.
With Sprint/Nextel, when you have insurance and send in a phone for replacement..?
