With honda B-series motors. What is the best All motor build?

im wanting to build a motor that produces Power. everyone is talking about B20 , Ls Vtec , all motor gsr. other people say to buy type-r civic type-r and do some head work. i want to know what bore to you and steps in what i have to buy.. ect. any info would help. dont want to wait money i don't have. thanks
 
People say K20's are the best, that's why they are stolen most often. People steal the K20's and throw them into civics and civic hatches.
