As a crossdresser, I am trying to find something that I can wear my black knee high boots with. Would knee high boots look good with a mini denim skirt and black pantyhose?

Depends where to! Out clubbing or to dinner, yes. But to school or work it would be tacky. Also, wear a long sleeved black shirt to complete the look.
