Hey there im aussie and brownies arent massive here, but i really want to make a batch. Ive found a recipe id love to use but im wondering..do i have to use baking or cooking chocolate? Would it be ok to use a regular block of cadbury chocolate (a regular block contains 1 and 1/2 glasses of milk) If ur not aussie u wont know about cadbury but i put the milk ammount in incase it may be relevant. I know it melts fine though etc...
