With changes in employment until I personally L1

Currently I am on L1 person.
I would like to know

1) I changed jobs with individual L1 can?
2) If yes, include the procedure?


PN: I think I can always willing H1 petition for a job in my current L1 side, look.

If you have a H1B approved, you have a job with the employer. There as "looking for a job" while working on H1B is no such thing.
