why are the prices for utilities going up and up?
it doesnt make any sense at all, in teh last few years, we have started using more and more energy saving bulbs that use 7watts instead of 60 etc and the washing machines use less water... all that stuff.
surely it would add up to cheaper bills than we had 10 years ago, instead we are paying more than we ever have and apparently use half the resources.
