Wisdom teeth coming in, increase of saliva? (10pts) short?

Last night I had pain because my wisdom are coming in. This morning I woke up and my face was swollen. I rushed to the dentist. They shaped my top wisdom teeth down and gave me pennsuiln. Now I notice I have an increase of saliva? Is this normal with the wisdom teeth coming in?
I didnt have time to ask it at the dentist office.

They also gave me the pennisulin to ease the swollen, and its working.
