I was recently cited for a speeding violation. I did not have any ID on me, but gave him my Driver's License number. He didn't ask for any other proof like registration or insurance. He ran my info (name, b-day, and DL #). When he ran my info he gave me a ticket which I didn't even have to sign. Is there any proof that it was me? Or are they able to see your photo ID when they run your info? Please help. by the way, it was a state trooper.
