wiring an amp help please asap.!.!?

alright.. my remote wire that is suppose to be soldered to my blue wire behind my head unit.... i have 2 blue wires right beside each other.. one is a light blue... and the ohter is regular blue... which one do i solder it to?.?
 
ONE THING YOU COULD DO IS GO TO "MY RETREVO" AND SEARCH YOUR HEAD UNIT MANUAL. THIS WILL HELP YOU WITH THE WIRING COLORS AND DESIGNATIONS.
 
i have mine on the power antenna and have no problems with cd's, but thats me. i wouldn't suggest soldering it, you might ruin something, just cut the wires and splice them.
 
light blue is usually the power ant. wire, check the diagram for the radio, it's usually color coded on the sticker on top of the radio.
 
Make sure you hook it to the one labeled "Remote amp turn on"...If you hook it to the power antenna wire it will turn the amp off when the cd player comes on and the radio goes off.
